Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform
Requirements
Do you have experience in UI?, We are looking for a qualified and experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) and Power Platform Solution Architect. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in evaluating and implementing performance and stability enhancements within D365 CE and Power Platform, along with comprehensive knowledge of customer-driven configuration and customization to align system functionality with client business objectives.
The candidate must demonstrate fluency in English and be located within the United Kingdom. Additionally, the individual should hold UK citizenship and either possess or be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance., We are looking for a qualified and experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) and Power Platform Solution Architect. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in evaluating and implementing performance and stability enhancements within D365 CE and Power Platform, along with comprehensive knowledge of customer-driven configuration and customization to align system functionality with client business objectives.

Mandatory Experience:
- Proven experience in facilitating technical discussions and conducting workshops with business clients.
- Expert knowledge in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys
- Extensive experience with Power App development.
- Design, customize, and administer UI and business logic using Power Platform.
- Customize and administer UI and business logic.
- Strong proficiency in developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining solutions and architecture of Dynamics and Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven apps) and Power Automate, and other Power Platform components.
- Advanced knowledge of D365 CE enterprise level architecture and connecting with external systems.
- Familiarity with integrating data from Dataverse, SharePoint, and other sources.
- Develop and maintain Power Automate solutions with internal logic processing and connections to Dataverse and other services.
- Familiar with Power Platform governance and administration.
- Administer and support Power Platform (managed) environments through the Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC).
- Capable of establishing and managing a Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Deep understanding of Dataverse, governance strategies, environment planning, and security.
- Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) via solutions and pipelines.
- Strong ability to engage with key technical stakeholders and business decision makers.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver technical training and effectively resolve complex Power Apps issues and architectural challenges through strong analytical and collaborative skills
- Strong commitment to staying updated on modern engineering practices and tools.
- Experience in customer facing roles.
Desirable requirements:
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service (Omnichannel, Customer Service Workspace)
- Architect and Functional Consultant level Microsoft certifications are preferred.
- Knowledge of deploying and using the Microsoft Center of Excellence Starter Kit configuration.
- Experience with Copilot Studio.
