Job description

Become a driving force in our mission to revolutionise building maintenance! As a Software Developer at SFG20, you'll design, develop, and enhance cutting-edge software solutions that empower our clients to create safer, more sustainable built environments. You'll be an integral part of a collaborative and agile team, working closely with Product Owners to bring exciting new features to life., You will take ownership of your projects, from selecting tickets and estimating complexity to writing clean, efficient code and participating in code reviews.

This includes:

  • Developing features for our systems.
  • Estimating the complexity of tickets and tasks.
  • Delivering the required software development tasks.
  • Striving for quality in your work product.
  • Ensuring user stories are properly refined and groomed.
  • Having influence over implementation choices.

Requirements

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * JavaScript and Node.js proficiency

  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Experience with Cypress automated testing
  • Experience working with QA teams
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies. (e.g. Kanban)
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for continuous learning and development.

Desirable experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Portfolio on GitHub or other similar platform
