Job description
Join our Life Sciences team as a Consultant - Automation Project Engineer and play a key role in delivering automation solutions within a GxP environment. You will represent the automation department of CAR-T in project organizations, implementing digital connectivity for equipment and bridging OT and IT systems. This position involves both project-based work and technical support for live systems, including on-call service.
Your Missions
Manage automation scope within project teams Design OT/IT solutions for digital connectivity Configure computerized systems for automation Procure or request necessary hardware and software Develop, review, and execute commissioning protocols, test plans, reports, and documentation to implement, maintain, operate, and validate GxP automated systems Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions (including 9h to 17h on-call support during weekends) Support investigations, deviations, and corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely and compliant closure Communicate regularly with project leads and delivery stakeholders, At Amaris, we strive to provide our candidates with the best possible recruitment experience. Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, Experience with OT or IT systems in a GxP environment Experience with automation tools and IT automation Knowledge of computer networking (e.g., ISA-95) Understanding of GxP requirements relevant to automation (ALCOA, cGMP annex 11) Experience with programming (basic PowerShell/cmd and SQL preferred) Knowledge of cybersecurity and NIS2 preferred Experience with industrial automation technology and validation standards in the pharmaceutical industry preferred Prioritizes quality (e.g., ALCOA+) and safety in every decision and action Good organizational skills, including self-organization, coordination, and initiative with minimal direction; able to work under stress Proactive, open team player with a service mindset Degree in computer sciences, applied engineering (electronics & ICT), or equivalent through experience 5 years of relevant experience You speak English and Dutch fluently
