UX/UI Designer

You'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs and contribute to feature-level UX/UI work across our platforms., * Improve and refine user interfaces across all Qualifyze applications.

• To maintain and evolve our design system, including components, patterns, and guidelines.
• Translate product requirements and persona based needs into clear wireframes and high fidelity user-friendly designs. (based on direct user feedback through UX research and PMs).
• Apply usability principles, user feedback, and data insights to optimize existing flows.
• Partner with Product managers and Engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
• Contribute to end-to-end design of specific product features with growing autonomy.
• Facilitate workshops or design discussions to align stakeholders.

Do you have experience in Wireframing?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, This role is ideal for someone with solid UX fundamentals, strong UI craft, and a passion for building scalable design systems in a fast-paced product environment., * 3-4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with strong focus on the UI part.

• Experience designing for complex workflows or data heavy interfaces (e.g., dashboards, management tools, or professional platforms)
• Proficiency in Figma, experience working with design systems, and familiarity with AI-powered design tools
• Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work independently with some guidance.
• Comfortable balancing user needs with technical and business constraints.
• University degree in Design (HCI, Interaction, Graphic, Product), Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
