Power BI Developer

As a Power BI Developer, you will combine strong BI development skills with deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform to deliver end-to-end data and BI solutions. You will dive deep into data, build logic and models, and deliver scalable apps, dashboards, and automation that create measurable business value., * Develop robust data queries, views, and stored procedures in SQL and Databricks.

• Build and maintain data pipelines and transformations.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards, ensuring high usability and performance.
• Develop apps and automation using Power Apps (model-driven and canvas) and Power Automate.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and low-maintenance.
• Think beyond reporting: deliver end-to-end solutions that optimize processes and support decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data/Information Management, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in data/BI solution development.
• Strong skills in SQL (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
• Proven hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Data Lake.
• Deep understanding of data modeling (fact/dimension, grains, hierarchies).
• Experience with Power Platform: Power BI (DAX, Power Query, modeling), Power Apps (model-driven & canvas), Power Automate (flows for integration & automation).
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to design solutions beyond dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
