Hyperautomation Developer

• Leverage AI, agentic AI, RPA, and low/no-code tools to enhance business processes and optimise decision-making across the organisation.
• Validate value creation, ensuring implemented solutions are tracked, measured and financially validated with Finance.
• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile practices, leading ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement within the team.
• Support the setup and growth of Nutreco's AI Center of Excellence, contributing to architecture, governance, and scaling of AI-powered automation initiatives., As part of Nutreco, you'll join a global community committed to innovation, sustainability, and digital enablement. You're someone who is responsible, curious, and ready to Own this role. You combine hands-on technical capability with the ability to influence and connect communities across a global matrix organisation. You'll also need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Innovation Management, or related field
• 5+ years' experience designing and deploying automation solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, AI/Copilot, RPA)
• Experience in change management (ADKAR) and stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning, with strong adaptability to emerging trends
• Ability to coach, connect, and build communities (citizen developers, ambassadors, federated teams)
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to understand Nutreco's global business context
