Job description
We are looking for a skilled and eager Frontend Engineer to join our versatile and international Scrum team. You will play an important role in shaping user-facing web applications that control and automate our LED lighting for sports clubs and stadiums, operate and monitor our EV chargers, and support our installation partners. You will also contribute to internal tooling that powers our organization, with a strong focus on usability, visual consistency and high-quality frontend experiences.
As a Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in frontend architecture, code quality, and technical decision-making, with a strong focus on delivering intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent user interfaces. You will actively contribute to UI and UX design discussions, translate designs and user needs into high-quality frontend implementations, review code and ensure scalable, performant, and maintainable frontend solutions.
Lumosa has grown significantly in recent years. The development of our products is a team effort, and we are committed to continuous improvement. We are looking for a senior engineer who can mentor our frontend developers and help the team level up as we move towards more agile and professional ways of working.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vue.js?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a frontend engineer
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or VueJS
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
- Strong eye for UI quality and UX, with experience building intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
- Experience creating and implementing visual designs, including graphic assets and UI elements
- Experience translating UX designs and user requirements into high-quality, maintainable code
- Experience integrating with REST APIs and/or GraphQL
- Familiarity with frontend testing (unit and end-to-end)
- Ambitious to implement, follow, and improve Scrum or Agile ways of working; prior experience is a plus!
