This is a new position with direct exposure to strategic decision-making: you will report directly to the CEO. You'll work across the entire organization-from e-commerce and marketing to buying and operations. You'll identify opportunities where AI can add value, test tools, build smart workflows, and train teams. You'll translate technological potential into practical solutions with real impact. What will you do?

• Evaluate and test AI tools for relevance and effectiveness
• Implement AI solutions into daily business processes
• Improve internal workflows through automation and integration
• Train teams in effective AI usageBuild, document, and safeguard internal AI knowledge

• Quick-thinking, eager to learn, and self-driven
• Technically savvy with strong communication skills
• Affinity for AI tools and automation; hands-on experience is a plus
• Able to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner
• Academic-level education, preferably in an analytical field (e.g., Econometrics, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Information Science, Cognitive Science, or Industrial Engineering)
• Above-average academic and practical capabilities
