DevOps engineer

They're entering an exciting new phase - preparing for Series A funding and significant scale-up - and are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take real ownership of their infrastructure as they grow., This is a hands-on, senior role reporting to the Head of Engineering, with full autonomy over DevOps strategy, tooling, and cloud architecture. You'll be instrumental in building scalable, secure, multi-cloud infrastructure that can support rapid expansion post-Series A.

• Designing and operating production-grade Kubernetes across AWS, GCP & Azure
• Owning Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) & GitOps practices
• Building and optimising CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.)
• Implementing zero-trust security, IAM, secrets management & compliance (ISO27001, PCI-DSS)
• Leading observability strategy (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) with SLO-driven reliability
• Driving resilience, scalability and cost optimisation across multi-cloud, * 5+ years in DevOps / SRE roles
• Deep Kubernetes expertise
• Strong multi-cloud experience
• Terraform & automation (Python, Bash or Go)
• Strong Linux & networking fundamentals
• Proven startup experience - comfortable in fast-moving, evolving environments
