What You'll Do
As a SIP Administrator, you'll be at the heart of daily operations, ensuring the smooth, compliant, and timely running of one of the industry's most significant employee share plans.
You'll work within a close-knit sub-team, taking ownership of one or more core processes such as:
- Daily processing of incoming funds
- Payroll reporting
- Share purchases
- Dividends
- Reconciliations
- Sales, transfers and settlements
Your role helps ensure the plan runs flawlessly - meeting strict HMRC rules, delivering for clients, and supporting the Trustee in their responsibilities. When something doesn't look right, you'll be empowered to escalate quickly and effectively.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Drive the day-to-day operation of the share plan with accuracy and care
- Gain strong knowledge of our primary system (SIP system) and learn others as needed
- Work as part of a team to complete key tasks like purchases, sales and dividends
- Ensure all activities are completed within SLA
- Manage inbox queries from internal teams and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless service
- Maintain awareness of key regulations including COBS, CASS and HMRC rules
- Use the EQ escalation framework to manage risks responsibly
