AI Product & Systems Associate

SensorZone is seeking a highly motivated individual to drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence across our business divisions. This is a unique, high-impact role designed for a candidate who enjoys solving complex problems and building functional solutions at pace.

Positioned between the Senior Management team and our Head of Platform, you will be responsible for translating high-level business requirements into working prototypes and internal tools. This role is ideal for a professional who prefers a hands-on, versatile environment over a traditional, siloed software engineering path., * Product Development: Work with the Senior Team to refine SaaS platform concepts and build initial versions/features using AI-assisted development tools for final review by the Head of Platform.

• Internal Systems: Develop and maintain bespoke in-house tools, including ERP and financial modules, to streamline company operations.
• Cross-Departmental Support: Advise and assist the Marketing and Operations teams on leveraging AI to automate workflows, generate materials, and improve departmental efficiency.
• Technical Translation: Act as a bridge between management vision and technical execution, ensuring that new ideas are both feasible and effectively implemented.

Do you have experience in Math?, Background: Physics, Maths, Engineering, Computer Science, or other analytical field with a strong interest in AI implementation., We are looking for a candidate who is approximately 2-5 years into their career and possesses a strong logical foundation. While you do not need to be a career software engineer, you must have a functional understanding of code and a high level of "AI literacy." You must have the right to work in the UK., * Educational Background: A degree in Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similarly rigorous analytical field. Candidates from non-technical backgrounds with a proven track record of technical aptitude will also be considered.

• Technical Aptitude: A solid grasp of logical thinking and a working knowledge of coding principles. You should be comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools to build and iterate on software solutions.
• Communication: The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff and collaborate effectively with senior leadership.
• Practical Mindset: A focus on delivering functional, "ready-to-use" solutions rather than theoretical abstractions.
