Job description
- Support SAP business process owners to prepare process content in Signavio and other tools
- Support error resolution for reported business process content issues on SAP Signavio Process Navigator
- Functional support in documentation of new tool features
- Support of the team with recurring administrative tasks, e.g. orchestration of meetings, meeting minutes, support of recurring tasks
Requirements
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences or technical university
- Preferred fields of study: Computing or any other MINT related topic. Applied Business Process Management is a plus
- Language skills: Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Soft skills: Team player, expert in organizing, creative
- Othes: Willingness to work out of the SAP office in Walldorf, no possibility to work entirely remotely

The Process Content Tooling & Delivery team within SAP S/4HANA Cross Engineering Functions is enabling Enterprise Architects and Process Owners to efficiently plan, model, document, and publish business and solution process content by providing the necessary modelling rules, operational support and consumer grade tooling. We support the transformation to a process-based development model using an integrated tool chain within Signavio and other products and tools.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
