Job description
We seek an execution-focused Project Manager (all genders) to drive the implementation of our global ERP template. You will manage the tactical delivery of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment, ensuring functional workstreams align with the harmonized operating model while supporting the transition from Microsoft BC.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Project Lifecycle: Drive planning, realization, and deployment phases using SAP Activate or similar methodologies.
- Process Standardization: Execute the implementation of harmonized end-to-end processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) across decentralized units.
- Workstream Management: Oversee critical streams such as Data Migration, System Integration, UAT, and Cutover in collaboration with the System Integrator.
- Progress Tracking: Manage the project schedule and risk logs, reporting transparently to the Program Manager.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Proactively engage with project teams and stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and ensure continuous alignment.
- Change Support: Facilitate business readiness and user adoption, acting as the bridge between the global template and local requirements.
- Team Coordination: Synchronize internal workstream leads and external consultants to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in ERP related Project Management, ideally in the context of SAP S/4HANA Cloud environments or similarly qualifying experiences.
- ERP Proficiency: Solid understanding of Cloud ERP applications and the specific requirements of managing implementations in a cloud-based environment.
- Global Mindset: Experience working with international teams and diverse stakeholders in decentralized environments.
- Communication: Ability to translate project milestones into actionable business tasks for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or SAP certifications are a plus.
- Languages: Fluent English mandatory; German is a strong advantage.
