Job description
- Lead the design and architecture of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models across enterprise systems
- Drive RBAC implementation strategy including role mining, role engineering, and entitlement mapping
- Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and identify toxic access combinations
- Validate role definitions, access policies, and role-to-entitlement mappings
- Ensure IAM and RBAC frameworks align with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards
- Provide advisory support for RBAC best practices, audit readiness, and compliance initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IAM, RBAC architecture, and enterprise security design
- Proven expertise as an RBAC SME or IAM Architect
- Strong experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, One Identity, Azure AD, or similar platforms
- Deep knowledge of RBAC models, role-mining methodologies, and entitlement mapping
- Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and risk mitigation strategies
- Experience aligning IAM frameworks with compliance standards such as GDPR and ISO 27001
- Strong analytical, conflict analysis, and problem-solving capabilities, * Architect scalable and secure RBAC frameworks
- Analyze access conflicts and mitigate SoD risks effectively
- Translate regulatory requirements into actionable access governance policies
- Communicate complex IAM concepts clearly through training and documentation
