Aaratech Inc. is seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Data Analyst - Retail / E-Commerce to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will analyze customer, sales, and product data to support business growth and improve customer experience., Data Collection & Management Gather, clean, and organize retail and e-commerce datasets. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data. Data Analysis Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and product performance. Provide insights to support marketing, pricing, and inventory decisions. Reporting & Visualization Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Present insights to business and marketing stakeholders. Team Collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver analytics solutions. Tool Utilization Leverage SQL, Excel, and BI tools for analysis and reporting. Data Governance Ensure data quality and reliable reporting standards.

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of data analysis experience Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities
