Job description
We are seeking a meticulous and organised Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documentation, ensuring that documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. This role is critical in supporting project teams by providing timely information and ensuring compliance with company standards. This is on a busy construction site and you will require a CSCS card., * Maintain and manage the document control system, ensuring all documents are correctly filed and easily retrievable.
- Review incoming documents for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections as needed.
- Distribute documents to relevant managers in a timely manner.
- Track document revisions and ensure that the latest versions are available to all team members.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for audits or project reviews.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme Card, Construction Skills Certification Scheme certification?, Do you have experience in Document management?, * Proven experience in a document control role, demonstrating efficient use of Aconex, BIM and Procol.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Proficient in using document management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Preferably confident working with a construction team.
