Job description
Business Rule Engine Developer (Actico Platform & Java Developer) vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.
Your tasks:
- Design, develop and maintain IT services, including integration with other systems and infrastructure
- Develop solutions on the Java technology stack, with integration of business rule services
- Implement and maintain interfaces using REST web services
- Integrate and develop using the Actico Platform and Visual Rules (Actico Rules)
- Support the full software development life cycle, including operation and maintenance of IT services
Your experience/knowledge:
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Extensive experience in Java system engineering and development
- Hands-on experience integrating REST web service technologies and using Eclipse for development and debugging
- Experience with version control tools (eg Git), Oracle databases and SQL
- Beneficial: Business Rule Management (modelling, management, and implementation); certifications in Visual Rules/Actico Rules are a plus
- Language skills: fluent English
