Job description

(IaC): Manage and provision multi-cloud environments using tools like Terraform or Pulumi. - Deployment Strategy: Lead the conceptualization of deployment versions, ensuring seamless rollouts and rollbacks while maintaining strict security standards. - Security & Encryption: Implement advanced security protocols, including Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) encryption and IAM solutions specifically tailored for scalable workspace environments. - Resilience & Reliability: Design and validate comprehensive Backup and Disaster Recovery strategies to ensure zero-data-loss scenarios. - Observability: Implement and manage end-to-end Logging and Monitoring stacks to provide deep visibility into system health. TECHNICEL KNOWLEDGE - Container Orchestration: Deep proficiency in Kubernetes (K8s), including cluster management and workload optimization. - FOSS Agent Technologies: Experience with Free and Open Source Software automation and agent technologies (e.g., n8n). - Infrastructure Management

Requirements

Proven expertise in IaC (Terraform/Pulumi) and managing cloud-native resources. - Modern CI/CD: Strong know-how in package management and deployment orchestration via Helm and related toolsets. - IAM & Security: Specialized knowledge in Identity and Access Management for scalable solutions and workspace security. - Data Protection: Solid understanding of encryption standards (e.g., BYOK) and robust backup/recovery architectures. - Monitoring: Mastery of logging and monitoring frameworks to drive data-driven operational decisions. - Experience and Skills Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering roles, with a track record in large-scale IT environments. Discipline & Organization: Highly organized with a methodical approach to complex troubleshooting and system design. Collaborative Mindset: Customer-oriented with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional European team. Stakeholder Communication: Ability to communicate technical complexities to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders. Problem Solving: Strong mediation skills to resolve technical conflicts and align differing architectural interests. Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English (additional European languages are a plus). Desirable Certifications: CKA/CKAD (Kubernetes), HashiCorp Certified Terraform Associate, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or similar. Languages: English C1 Location: FULLREMOTE Schedule: flexible.
