Job description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join a growing software business based in London. This is a fully remote role open to candidates across the UK.
You will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects across Sales, Service, CPQ and Marketing functions. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will ensure the successful implementation, optimisation and ongoing enhancement of our Salesforce ecosystem.
This role requires prior experience within a SaaS organisation and a strong understanding of subscription-based business models., * Lead the full lifecycle delivery of Salesforce projects from discovery through to deployment and optimisation
- Manage cross-functional projects across Sales, Customer Service, CPQ and Marketing teams
- Own project plans, timelines, budgets and risk management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers and third-party partners
- Drive adoption, user engagement and continuous improvement
- Ensure best practice governance across the Salesforce platform
- Manage data integrity, reporting and performance tracking
- Support change management and training initiatives, * Salesforce Sales Cloud

- Pardot (Marketing Automation)
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Project Manager
- Previous experience working within a SaaS business (subscription-based revenue model essential)
- Strong understanding of Sales, Service and Revenue Operations processes
- Demonstrated experience delivering CPQ implementations
- Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in fully remote/distributed teams
- Strong Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery experience
