Job description

As a PHP Developer with us, you will:

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable server-side code using PHP.
Build and maintain back-end features and modules that power our web applications.
Work closely with front-end developers and UX designers to create seamless, high-quality user experiences.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance to ensure speed and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, contributing your expertise and helping uphold coding standards.
Support deployment tasks and collaborate in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP experience is a bonus).
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vue.js?, To thrive in this role, you should have:

Strong practical experience in PHP development.
Hands-on experience with PHP frameworks, such as Laravel .
Solid understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and RESTful APIs.
Experience working with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MariaDB).
Experience using Git for version control.
A genuine enthusiasm for learning new technologies and following best practices.
Expertise in JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, and building RESTful APIs or microservices.
CI/CD & DevOps: Experience with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI) and familiarity with containerisation tools like Docker.
