Pro-active support and trouble shoot application portfolio in scope

Follow all ITSM aspects (Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, Knowledge) for in scope application portfolio
-
Ensure GIM is engaged in time for service outages P3crit and higher
-
Overlook all related service-now queues to avoid long running tickets and ensure they are correctly treated
-
Identify recurring issues, resolved or addressed (SME or Vendor involvement)

Ensure required Application documentation is up-to-date
-
Involve APS lead in time in case of issues
-
Support and inform client lead
-
Report on application performance and outline critical areas

Raise topics/items to be followed by CSM/Client lead organisation and keep meeting minutes with action items, We support you in dealing with life crises, maintaining stability through illness, and maintaining good mental health.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Salesforce?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Significant experience in IT in large corporate environments
- Significant experience in complex and large Project or Program Management
- Significant experience in Service Support Business (Banking IT preferred)
- Considerable experience in Application Operation L2 function
- Banking background skills / Financial or Trade experience
- Capability to interact successfully in a global, multi-vendor, multicultural environment
- Clear and concise communicator
- Ability to discuss with FO and banking customer
- Ability to obtain results through influence
- Minimum of 3 years of experience on banking-IT sector
- Significant experience on working with Unix environments including writing & troubleshooting shell scripts
- Sound experience on Configuring the applications, interfacing with other applications, troubleshoot Database, SSL and other connectivity issues with the other applications
- Experience on Ansible (writing playbooks & troubleshooting)
- Working experience with the following applications on administrative level: QlikView, QlikSense, Informatica, SalesForce
- Experience in configuring following java applications: Apache Tomcat, WSO2
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in IT or Computer Science related discipline (or equivalent work experience or diploma)
- ITIL V3 Certification
- Project Management certification of adv
