We are supporting a fast-growing, highly specialised SAP consultancy with deep expertise in SAP EWM and automation-driven warehouse environments. This organisation delivers complex, high-performance intralogistics solutions for customers across manufacturing, retail, and logistics sectors.
If you enjoy technically challenging projects, automation-heavy warehouses, and working with genuine EWM/MFS experts - this is not a "generic logistics" role.
The Role
You will work on end-to-end SAP EWM projects with a strong focus on Material Flow System (MFS) integration in highly automated warehouse environments.
This position is suited to someone who wants to operate at the intersection of SAP and warehouse automation - working closely with PLC providers, automation partners, and internal development teams., * Design, customise and implement SAP EWM with a focus on MFS integration
- Interface SAP EWM MFS with automated warehouse components (conveyors, shuttles, AS/RS, AGVs, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end project responsibilities (blueprint go-live hypercare)
- Analyse material flow processes and optimise system-driven warehouse control
- Collaborate with developers on enhancements, debugging and performance tuning
- Support integration with PLC systems and external automation vendors
- Contribute to template development and innovation within automation projects
Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, * Strong experience in SAP EWM (embedded or decentralised)
- Hands-on experience with EWM MFS customising
- Understanding of warehouse automation and material flow concepts
- Experience working with PLC interfaces (knowledge of telegram structures beneficial)
- ABAP debugging knowledge is advantageous
- Comfortable working in project environments with technical stakeholders
- Fluent German and good English skills
