Job description
· Collaborate closely with external partners to validate Ethernet and IP-based network systems
· Perform a variety of tests including functional, compliance, performance, environmental, and reliability assessments for both wireless and wired communication technologies
· Design and execute test scenarios for Ethernet, IP, 4G-LTE, 5G-NR etc. operation
· Analyze and identify root causes of system failures and performance issues
· Ensure regulatory compliance through execution or coordination of conformance testing
· Create detailed test plans and technical documentation including design reviews, test readiness assessments, and data evaluation reports
· Review and provide feedback on test documentation submitted by suppliers
· Ensure alignment with project objectives, quality standards, and technical requirements
· Evaluate, procure, and implement network test equipment (e.g., from Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz)
Requirements
Do you have experience in Telecommunication?, · Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a comparable technical field
· Over 7 years of hands-on experience in the telecommunications or wireless communications industry
· Excellent hands-on experience on NAD (Network Access Device in Automotive) requirements discussion, development, verification, and log analysis
· Excellent hands-on experience on collaboration with multiple stakeholders to develop NAD features and to take forward the tasks till get resolved. Stakeholders: CONTI/Qualcomm/WNC/MTK/Esolutions
· Proficient in configuring and operating wireless test systems (e.g., Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz) and in testing/troubleshooting automotive Ethernet components
· In-depth understanding of Ethernet and IP-based communication standards (e.g., IEEE 802.1AS, 802.11) as well as mobile network architectures including 4G LTE and 5G NR in accordance with 3GPP
· PTCRB/GCF/IOT log analysis: 5G-NSA/SA Protocols, 36.521-1/3(LTE/NB-IOT RF/RRM), 36.523-1(LTE/NB-IOT Protocols), VoLTE, 34.123-1(UMTS Protocols) and 34.121-1(UMTS RF/RRM)
· Excellent hands-on experience on 5G-NSA/SA protocols testing and log analysis.
