Senior Software Engineer

In this role you will design, build, and maintain secure, scalable backend systems that ingest large-scale engineering data and transform it into actionable insights via Flow. You'll own features end-to-end and deliver production-grade HTTP APIs used across the Flow platform. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to improve product quality, performance, and customer experience in a fully remote environment. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to influence architecture, coding standards, and engineering excellence, contributing to a data-driven, developer-focused SaaS product. • Design and evolve backend data ingestion and processing systems
• Own features end-to-end from concept through deployment
• Build and maintain production-grade HTTP APIs for the Flow platform
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and partners across teams
• Contribute to coding standards, architecture discussions, and technical direction
• Review code and mentor peers to raise engineering quality
• Support greenfield projects and iteratively improve existing systems
• Ensure quality, reliability, scalability, performance, and security in a low-QA environment

• 5+ years of backend or full-stack experience in a SaaS environment
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience designing and building production HTTP APIs

• Strong understanding of system performance, scalability, and data-intensive workflows
• Practical experience with Git and code review practices
• Comfort with autonomy and ownership in an Agile environment
