AI Transformation Lead

We are looking for an AI Transformer, who will play a highly influential, hands-on role dedicated to identifying, championing, and implementing high-impact Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) solutions across the organization to drive significant business growth and efficiency. Reporting to the Head of Digital IT & AI Strategy, this individual serves as the crucial link between cutting-edge AI capabilities and business needs. The primary goal is to translate strategic AI vision into tangible, scalable, and measurable outcomes, focusing on optimizing processes, improving customer experience, and generating new revenue streams., * Opportunity Mapping: Proactively identify and evaluate potential AI/ML use cases that align with the Growth strategy across all functions (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance).

• Proof-of-Concept (PoC) Leadership: Lead the development and execution of rapid, low-cost Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) for high-potential AI solutions, demonstrating viability and expected ROI to stakeholders.
• Technology Scouting: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and other emerging AI technologies, assessing their relevance and potential adoption.

2. Business Integration and Transformation

• Bridging Technical and Business: Act as the AI Subject Matter Expert (SME), translating complex technical requirements and outputs into clear, actionable business insights and project plans.
• Process Re-engineering: Work closely with process owners to redesign existing workflows and systems to effectively integrate AI solutions, maximizing automation and predictive capabilities.
• Adoption Champion: Develop and execute strategies for driving user adoption of new AI tools, including training materials and internal communications, ensuring successful transformation across teams.

3. Partnership and Governance

• Group Collaboration: Partner with the Agrolimen Group AI experts to ensure AI solutions are developed on scalable infrastructure, meet security standards, and are properly integrated into the enterprise architecture.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with the Head of Digital IT & AI Strategy to evaluate and manage external AI vendors, consultants, and platform providers.
• Ethical AI: Ensure that all AI initiatives adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and responsible use policies.
• Legal advisory: Be up to date to applicable regulations (as EU AI Act) and work together with the legal team in their corporate impacts.

Do you have experience in Computer vision?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree highly valued.

• Experience: at least three years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML engineering, or technology consulting, with a proven track record of successfully deploying AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, models (Generative AI, LLMs), and their practical business applications.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools and cloud AI platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks).
• Business oriented: Strong business focus with the ability to articulate the commercial value and ROI of AI initiatives to executive leadership.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills. Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without direct reports.
• Languages: Fluency in English is a must.
