AI & DIGITAL CHAMPION

This is an exciting opportunity to join their Operations team as an AI & Digital Champion Apprentice, supporting sales enablement, automation, AI innovation and internal systems improvement across the business.

You will work closely with consultants, marketing and leadership to improve processes, maximise technology use and identify opportunities where AI and automation can increase efficiency and revenue.

This role is ideal for someone proactive, confident and eager to learn, particularly someone with previous work experience who understands professional environments and wants to develop digital, AI and operational expertise.

As part of the role, you will complete a Level 4 AI & Digital Champion apprenticeship with Baltic Apprenticeships, combining structured online training every 6-8 weeks with real workplace experience using tools such as Microsoft 365, Power Automate and AI-enabled technologies.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Support consultants in maximising the use of CRM systems and sales technology to improve efficiency and performance
• Create, manage and optimise automated client and candidate journeys, monitoring engagement and lead generation
• Analyse data, track buying signals and provide insight-driven recommendations to increase revenue opportunities
• Research and explore AI tools to improve operational efficiency and automate manual processes
• Document workflows, map processes and support system improvements, rollouts and integrations
• Assist with internal recruitment campaigns and provide operational support across associated group businesses

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, * Confident, proactive and people-focused

• Eager to learn about AI, automation and digital systems
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Previous work experience preferred (not first role)

You do not need to be an AI expert - we're looking for potential, enthusiasm and a desire to develop.

• £18,000 - £25,000 (DOE)
• Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm (1-hour lunch) - 37.5 hours per week
• 20 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
• 3 days allocated for Christmas shutdown
• Additional day's holiday after 1 year of service
• Your birthday off after 1 year
• Early finish Fridays (3:30pm)
• Quarterly team trips
• Support and mentorship throughout your apprenticeship
