  • Identify risks, resistance points and readiness gaps; implement targeted mitigations.
  • Partner with project teams and internal comms to integrate change and communication plans.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels to build understanding, ownership and advocacy.
  • Create compelling narratives and communication assets using visual and digital tools.
  • Assess change impacts and organisational readiness, reporting progress and adoption rates.
  • Design and coordinate training and capability-building interventions with IT & P&C
  • Measure and track change success, ensuring initiatives are embedded and sustained
  • Apply agile and adaptive approaches, refining plans based on feedback and data.Collaborate across business, IT and HR to ensure alignment and cohesive delivery.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft PowerPoint?, * Proven experience delivering structured change in complex transformation environments.

  • Knowledge of change management frameworks (Prosci, APMG, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.).
  • Familiarity with project methodologies such as MSP, Agile or Prince2.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation.
  • Strong written, visual and digital communication skills.
  • Proficient in creative tools (Canva, Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, video editing).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure adoption and impact.
  • High emotional intelligence, adaptability and resilience.
  • Confident working across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholder groups.
