As a member of the UKI Delivery Centre Team, based out of our Newcastle location, you will work on M365 projects for our clients. What you'll do:
- Delivering M365 L2/L3 remote support to an array of customers.
- Take ownership of tickets, delivering support to SLA's.
- Liaise closely with customers, keeping them updated with progress.
- Work closely with your Team and other Delivery Centre staff.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of the M365 suite, and all required tools and products.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Intune?, Deep knowledge in M365 technologies with experience of 2 or more of the following:
- Exchange, One Drive for Business,
- Teams - implementation, governance, administration & voice
- Power Platform governance and administration including Center of Excellence deployment and integration with M365 workloads
- Enterprise Mobility & Security - Intune MDM & MAM, Entra ID, Identity, Information Protection, Threat Protection, Cloud App Security
