We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic Software Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical PC skills (including good experience of using AI), a strong aptitude for problem-solving, and effective communication abilities along with a eye for design work. As a Software Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with technical issues, providing prompt resolutions, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our software products and services., * Designing and building training and safety websites on our in house easy to use software for many blue chip companies across the UK.
- You'll attend meetings with them online to take clients through your design and how the portal will work for them.
- You'll answer support calls from users that need help with the system.
- Assist the team in updating of Software and data.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, Superior Written and Verbal Communication including good, Math Skills, Creativity and a Knowledge of Google Aps, Courteous and positive at all times, Basic Computer Literacy, Microsoft Office, Persistent, Flexible
Any previous work within health and safety or design would be useful.
