Senior Epic Application Analyst myChart (a)

• End-to-end responsibility for the operation, configuration, and further development of the Epic MyChart module throughout its entire lifecycle
• Analysis of system behavior in the productive environment and implementation of targeted optimizations to ensure stability, performance, and an excellent user experience
• Translation of complex clinical, operational, and technical requirements into sustainable MyChart solutions
• Acting as a central interface between clinical departments, business units, IT, and external partners
• Professional ownership of defined MyChart subject areas with a high degree of autonomy and creative freedom

• Training in computer science/business informatics and experience in EpicCare Ambulatory, Cogito, Clarity Data Model, Caboodle Data Model as well as good knowledge of SQL and M-code
• At least 5 years of proven experience with Epic MyChart across more than two healthcare organizations
• Deep understanding of patient-centered digital services and data-driven analytics
• Excellent English skills (C2 level) and very good German skills (B1+ level)
• Residence in Switzerland and willingness to work on site in Bern at least three days per week
