Systems Test Engineer

As a Systems Test Engineer for our phased array antennas development, you will focus on the ground breaking technology of active antennas. You understand sophisticated systems which include communication chains, RF subsystems, power and control electronics, HW/SW integration and mechanical structures, as well as the related challenges when targeting either airborne or land mobile applications. You enjoy both R&D and the production framework, you are passionate about continuous improvement, you feel at ease in a multidisciplinary and international environment. The day-to-day: You will be

• Developing and implementing comprehensive system verification strategies, test plans, test procedures, and reports.
• Crafting and maintaining automated test scripts to streamline the testing process.
• Delivering test cases (manual or automated) and analyzing results to report any defects or issues.
• Working closely with design teams to reproduce and debug issues found during testing.
• Collaborating with multi-functional teams to ensure system testing strategies align with business goals and customer needs.
• Detailing testing phases and defects to improve future test plans and strategies.
• Assessing system performance and behavior under various conditions, potentially including stress, load, and scalability tests.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements during system testing.
• Staying up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies to improve test processes.
• Providing feedback and recommendations to improve product design, functionality, and usability based on test outcomes.
• Facilitating and participating in review meetings to discuss test results with project stakeholders.

Do you have experience in Leadership?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * MS in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, Automation, Microtechnology, etc.)

• Experience/curiosity about active antenna systems
• Prior working experience in industry
• Swiss or EU (27) Citizenship
