Job description
- KI-Strategie & Digitalisierung: Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse und identifizierst geeignete Einsatzmöglichkeiten für KI zur Automatisierung, Optimierung und Digitalisierung.
- Projektleitung & Umsetzung: Du planst, koordinierst und verantwortest KI-Projekte von der Idee über Pilotierung bis zum produktiven Einsatz. Dabei arbeitest du konzeptionell und, je nach Projekt, auch operativ an der Umsetzung mit und steuerst interne sowie externe Partner.
- Implementierung & Enablement: Du unterstützt Fachabteilungen beim Aufbau und bei der Weiterentwicklung von KI-Lösungen und befähigst Teams, eigenständig mit modernen KI-Tools zu arbeiten.
- KI-Governance & Richtlinien: Du entwickelst unternehmensweite Richtlinien für den Einsatz von KI-Systemen (z. B. Datenschutz, Sicherheit, Compliance, ethische Leitlinien) und stellst deren nachhaltige Umsetzung sicher.
- Technologie- & Trendbewertung: Du beobachtest aktuelle Entwicklungen und Trends im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz, Automatisierung und Digitalisierung und bewertest deren Nutzen für AMAZONE.
- Architektur & Technologieauswahl: Du wählst geeignete KI-Technologien aus und definierst tragfähige Lösungsarchitekturen.
- Wissensvermittlung & Kultur: Du vermittelst KI-Themen verständlich, schulst Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Umgang mit KI-Tools und trägst aktiv zur Etablierung einer unternehmensweiten KI-Kultur bei., * Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld

Transfer to Non-Member States
When we process data in a non-member state (i.e., one outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA)) or when this occurs as part of the services by a third party or the disclosure or transfer of data to a third party, this takes place only when required for the performance of our (pre)contractual services, with your consent, due to a legal obligation or on the basis of our legitimate interests. Assuming statutory or contractual consent, we process data or have them processed in a non-member state only when the special preconditions of Art. 44 ff GDPR are met, i.e., only if the processing is performed in the presence of specific guaranties, like e.g., an officially acknowledged data protection level that corresponds to the EU level (e.g., the "Privacy Shield" in the USA) or by observing officially recognized contractual undertakings (so-called "standard contract clauses").
Rights of Data Subjects
Under Art. 15 GDPR, you have the right to demand a confirmation whether the data in question are being processed and request information on these data and on other information as well as a copy of these data.
Under Art. 16 GDPR, you have the right to demand the completion of data concerning you or the correction of incorrect data concerning you.
Under Art. 17 GDPR, you have the right to demand that the respective data are immediately erased or alternatively, as per Art. 18 GDPR, demand to limit the processing of these data.
Requirements
- Ausbildung & Background: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Digitalisierung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Alternativ verfügst du über mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung.
- KI-Fachwissen: Sehr gutes Verständnis aktueller KI-Technologien, insbesondere generativer KI (z. B. ChatGPT, Copilot oder Agenten).
- Implementierungserfahrung: Du hast Erfahrung in der Einführung, Steuerung oder Begleitung von KI-, Automatisierungs- oder Chatbot-Projekten.
- Systemverständnis & Governance: Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis moderner IT-Architekturen, Integrationsszenarien im Kontext von KI-Anwendungen und Themen wie Datenschutz, IT-Sicherheit und Compliance.
- Projektmanagement: Du bringst Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams mit.
- Analytik & Struktur: Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst analytisch und kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge und Datenstrukturen schnell erfassen.
- Kommunikation & Sprachen: Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
- Reisebereitschaft: Du bist bereit zu gelegentlichen Geschäftsreisen.
