Working Student - IT Support (all genders)

This role provides dynamic work environments with variety of challenges which enhances problem solving and critical thinking ability of individual. You will primarily work with users who will walk-in with technical issues related to Laptops, Software and iPhones. Also, supporting colleagues remotely all over the world. L1 Support is critical for IT Operations Continuity and plays vital role leading to positive User experience. What you will do

• L1 Support for local employees regarding hardware issues (laptops, iPhones, docking stations) e.g. factory resets, driver updates, etc.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
• Documentation and hand-over of more extensive problems to your 2nd level colleagues.
• Document support interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.
• Maintain and update knowledge base articles and documentation.
• Ensure timely follow-up with users until issues are resolved.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to all end users.

Do you have experience in macOS?, * Currently undergoing studies in field of Computer Science or Information Technology.

• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, iOS, macOS) and software applications.
• Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
