Job description

We are not just looking for someone to design interfaces (UI) or user flows (UX), we look for a professional who understands the overall vision of the product, participates in the definition of functionalities and ensures that the solutions bring real value to Public Transport operators and users., In our team you will define the end-to-end user experience of our ITS products, from conceptualisation to implementation. You will work with product, development and business teams to define the design of our solutions., * Collaborate in defining the product design strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business vision and market needs.

  • Design advanced user experiences, ensuring that interaction with our ITS solutions is intuitive, efficient and engaging.
  • Lead user research in transport environments, understanding the needs of operators and passengers to create scalable solutions.
  • Transform business and technical requirements into functional design solutions, considering both usability and technological constraints.
  • Develop and maintain design systems that ensure visual and functional consistency across the platform.

Requirements

Do you have experience in User research?, For this position, we are looking for professionals with at least 3 years of experience in software product design.

  • Strong knowledge of UX/UI and user-centered design methodologies, such as Design Thinking.
  • Experience in designing B2B solutions, especially in environments with complex workflows.
  • Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
  • Ability to work with developers in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Knowledge of usability and user experience in digital environments.

Familiarity with frontend design and development frameworks (HTML, CSS, Javascript, REACT) and knowledge of accessibility in digital environments will be a plus.
