Based in Rotterdam, Chainels is a high-growth PropTech / UrbanTech company offering a community platform for buildings and cities elevating the living and renting experience and allowing efficient management of the assets. Our SaaS solution is available in 20+ countries and used over 750+ buildings with 100.000+ users.
In this Solutions Engineer role, you will be central to creating seamless, intelligent automations by integrating our platform with a wide range of third-party solutions. This includes connections to ERP, CRM, smart building technologies (such as digital locks and energy meters), and AI agents. Your work will directly contribute to making spaces more connected and efficient. We utilize a cutting-edge tech stack, including n8n Enterprise and Claude Code, among others.
What You'll Do
- Develop n8n workflows for automations and integrations
- Build AI-powered automations using Claude Code and LLM-based agents.
- Gather and document technical requirements for integration projects.
- Design and optimize integration flows between Chainels and third-party platforms.
- Work as part of a small team of automation experts (±4)within the larger engineering department (±15).
Requirements
Do you have experience in Management?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 3+ years experience with automations
- Experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n strongly preferred)
- Strong technical expertise in APIs and integrations.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent IT-related field.
- Familiarity with Agile development workflows.
