Lead Dashboard Developer (Data Visualisation)

You'll own and lead the design and development of sophisticated, high-performance dashboards used to visualise real-time network and security data. You'll set technical direction, mentor engineers, and build analytics that help customers instantly understand and stop complex cyber attacks. You'll be trusted to work from first principles, influence architecture, and make decisions that genuinely matter., o Designing and building advanced Grafana dashboards running in Kubernetes o Turning complex data into clear, insightful visualisations o Developing and reviewing complex queries (Grafana, Splunk, Python) o Mentoring engineers and shaping technical best practice o Balancing hands-on development with technical leadership and ownership

o Strong experience building dashboards and analytics in Grafana o Proven background leading engineers in an agile environment o Solid understanding of Linux and AWS o Excellent communication skills - you can explain complex ideas simply o A strong technical degree (Computer Science, Maths, Statistics, Engineering, or similar) Nice to Have o Knowledge of networking protocols and how the internet actually works o Experience with Splunk & SPL o SQL or similar data manipulation skills o Exposure to network security products o HTML, CSS, JavaScript o Data Science or Machine Learning experience, If you're a senior/principal engineer who loves data, networks, and building things that actually matter - this one's worth a conversation.
