Digital Product Owner

• Own, refine, and prioritise the product backlog to align with business strategy.
• Partner with development and QA teams (including offshore teams) to ensure features are delivered on time, to specification, and with quality.
• Act as the voice of the customer - translating feedback and insights into actionable user stories and product improvements.
• Support smooth product releases and post-launch validation, using feedback to continuously iterate.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, show & tells) and promote best practice across teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, support teams, and Compass leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Drive integrations by ensuring requirements are clearly understood and embedded within delivery.

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Digital Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, backlog management, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and multi-platform solutions.
• Hands-on understanding of Azure DevOps and software delivery processes.
• Skilled at managing offshore/distributed teams and mentoring junior product colleagues.
• Excellent communicator who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and a passion for delivering value through technology.
