Job description
We're looking for a smart, curious AI-driven Test Automation Engineer who loves breaking systems, automating the boring stuff, and using AI as a daily co-pilot. This role is heavily Cursor-driven, focused on building and evolving automated tests using Cypress, while understanding both manual QA procedures and automation principles., * Use Cursor AI as a core tool to design, generate, refactor, and maintain automated tests
- Build and maintain end-to-end and regression tests using Cypress
- Translate product requirements and edge cases into reliable test scenarios
- Understand and apply manual testing procedures when automation is not the right tool
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to catch issues early
- Continuously improve test coverage, reliability, and execution speed
- Think in user journeys and business flows, not just test cases
- Help shape how AI is used in QA at Tangible
Requirements
Do you have experience in Test cases?, You don't need 10 years of QA experience: we care more about how you think, how fast you learn, and how well you use AI to amplify your impact., * Strong interest in AI-assisted engineering, especially using Cursor AI
- Hands-on experience with Cypress (professional or strong personal projects)
- Solid understanding of manual QA processes, test cases, and bug reporting
- Solid understanding of test automation concepts (even if experience is limited)
- Comfortable reading and reasoning about frontend and backend behavior
- Ability to think logically and spot edge cases
- Good English communication (written & spoken)
Big Plus (Not Required)
- Background or exposure to finance, fintech, or deal workflows
- Understanding of concepts like transactions, deals, approvals, investors, or compliance flows
- Curiosity about how AI agents can assist in testing, data validation, and quality checks
