Senior Data Analytics & AI Manager, Group Audit & Risk

Group Audit & Risk is responsible for providing risk-based assurance across Verisure`s operations, and covers Strategic, Financial, Operational, Technology & Cyber, and Compliance risks., Verisure is seeking a talented, hands-on and passionate Data Analytics & AI Manager, to join our Group Audit & Risk Team. The role can be based in London or Madrid. You will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics, automation, and AI solutions that enhance the effectiveness, impact, and insight generation of the function.

This is an exciting and critical leadership role with accountability for all Data Analytics & AI within the Group Audit & Risk Team.

As a direct report of the Group Director of Internal Audit & Risk, this is an incredible opportunity to play a leading role in the establishment of our Audit & Risk framework, and to be an architect of a high-impact function.

The position will be based in London (UK) or Madrid (Spain), * Define and execute the Audit & Risk Analytics & AI strategy, roadmap, and operating model in support of the internal audit plan, focusing on the highest value and risk areas.

• Play a leadership role in the development & deployment of Verisure`s Internal Audit & Risk framework. Act as a Senior Advisor to the Group Director of Audit & Risk on analytics opportunities, risks and emerging technologies
• Embed data analytics and AI-enabled methods across the end-to-end audit lifecycle, from planning through to reporting. Champion a culture of digital enablement across the Group Audit & Risk team
• Lead the development, validation, and maintenance of repeatable analytics products, dashboards, continuous monitoring tools, and AI-based insights.
• Partner with Internal Audit teams to embed data-driven testing and automated evidence collection in audit engagements.
• Evaluate and deploy generative AI use cases that improve quality, speed, and insight generation.
• Ensure robust documentation, model governance, and auditability of analytics and AI solutions.

Initially this role will not have direct reports, however it is envisaged that over time the role will be accountable for recruiting, leading and mentoring a world-class team of data professionals.

Do you have experience in Tableau?, * Significant experience (8+ years) in analytics within Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, Consulting, or related fields.

• Proven leadership of analytics initiatives, AI deployments, or digital transformation within audit / assurance functions.
• Strong knowledge of audit and risk methodologies.
• Expertise in data manipulation (SQL, Python, R), visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau), and modern data platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML techniques and their application in assurance environments.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of building and guiding high performing teams
• Uncompromising integrity and ethics, with the highest standards of accountability and professionalism.
• Fluent in English (essential), knowledge of other European languages desirable
• Some travel may be required
