Senior C++ Software Engineer / Developer (C++ Linux SQL) London / WFH to £110k

Are you a backend focussed C++ Software Engineer looking for an opportunity to progress your career, working on complex and interesting systems where you can see the impact of your work?

Your role:

As a Senior C++ Software Engineer, you'll design and develop client bespoke technical solutions, meeting user requirements and contributing to the evolution of the cutting edge platform. You'll be working with modern C++ (C++ 14 and above) on Linux, building complex systems for cross asset securities and derivatives post-trade processing solutions.

Requirements

  • You have experience working in a financial services or trading environment
  • You have strong C++ development experience on Linux or UNIX, C++14 and above
  • You have good SQL skills
  • You're a passionate technologist who is motivated by working on cutting-edge systems and engineering complex solutions
  • You're a positive, proactive team member who excels when working collaboratively
  • You have a strong knowledge of software engineering best practices
  • You're degree educated, having achieved a 2.1 or above in a STEM discipline
