BI Manager

As BI Manager, you are the driving force behind our BI service offering. You will:

• Lead the BI focus area within our Analytics practice, ensuring quality, client satisfaction and growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs around reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and data quality.
• Take full ownership of project outcomes and team performance, even in complex environments.
• Assess and challenge BI deliverables, understanding the value of different BI capabilities without needing to be the deep-dive expert yourself.
• Inspire and support your team, recognizing people as key assets and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Contribute to Datashift's strategic direction, representing our BI vision with clarity and confidence.

Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Are you a data professional with a passion for business intelligence and reporting? Do you thrive on leading teams, building client relationships, and driving real impact through data? • Experience in building or growing business (e.g. a services, teams, products).
• Strong affinity with BI, reporting, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A Master's degree in (Business) Engineering, Economics or similar.
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, and professional proficiency in English.
