Tasks

• Support IT services and enhance service quality effectively.
• Handle user queries, issues, and changes in defined processes.
• Assist in server, storage operations, and documentation maintenance., In this versatile role, you support the operational operation of our IT services and contribute significantly to service quality.

Your focus is on first- and second-level support. You handle user inquiries, disruptions, and changes according to defined processes and support workplace systems, standard server services, as well as printers, peripherals, and basic network issues.

You also participate in the operation of our server and storage systems (on-prem and hybrid), support user and permission management, as well as backup and restore processes. You actively help maintain our operational documentation and further professionalize service management.

What you bring with you.

For this responsible task, you have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology or a comparable basic education.

You bring basic knowledge in Windows client and server environments, user and permission management, as well as IT support processes. A structured and reliable way of working characterizes you as well as your enjoyment of support and contact with users.

Ideally, you have initial knowledge in network technology, Microsoft 365, or virtualization technologies. These skills can also be developed as part of your further development.

You are willing to learn, responsible, and communicate clearly - also with non-IT persons. Teamwork in an environment with different levels of experience rounds off your profile.
