Job description
We are urgently seeking an experienced Deskside Level II Engineer to join our team in Magdeburg. This is a 1-year contract opportunity with the possibility of extension. If you have strong technical troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service abilities, we would like to hear from you as soon as possible., * Provide Level II deskside support for hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MS Operating Systems and Office 365
- Support printers, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Manage networking and VPN-related incidents
- Work with Active Directory (AD), Exchange, and basic server/network components
- Use ticketing tools and maintain accurate CRM documentation
- Deliver professional and effective customer support in English and the local language
Requirements
Do you have experience in VPN?, * Minimum 2+ years of relevant IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of hardware, Microsoft OS, and Office 365
- Experience with networking and VPN troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and basic server/network infrastructure
- Experience using ticketing systems and documentation tools
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Native-level (C1) local language proficiency and English

- MCITP or equivalent
