Job description
As Application Engineer (m/f/d) for our V93000 SOC ATE system you are primarily responsible to support our installed base customers with following main responsibilities: Provide application development support of SOC test systems to customers Initiate and develop test methodologies and solutions for customer's SOC devices Develop test program and design hardware interface for SOC devices on V93k Optimize test program to reduce test time and increase fault coverage Solve engineering and production problems for customers Document all projects and intellectual knowledge Communicate with customers to ensure services delivered meet their requirements Collaborate with colleagues from application development team, division, field personnel for project implementation This may involve frequent travels in Europe, occasionally in Far East or USA.
Requirements
University Degree in Electronic Engineering 3-5 years' relevant experience in semiconductor test business Proven experience in digital, mixed signal and RF test development and debug using ATE platforms. Demonstrated experience with Java programming language Basic knowledge in operating systems (Linux in general) Hardware design load board / probe card (preferred) Good communication and presentation skills for internal as well as for customer facing activities Demonstrated troubleshooting skills Ability and motivation to work in project teams in a global environment Ability to work with minimum supervision and to work under pressure Fluent English (mandatory) and German (preferred) language skills
