Job description

As an Implementation Consultant, you take responsibility for customer projects from kick-off to go-live.

You work at the interface of customers, technical teams, and integration partners - ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at high quality.

This role combines:

  • IT project management

Your Responsibilities:

Project Ownership

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for our WMS platform
  • Define scope, timelines, and milestones with customers
  • Coordinate internal technical teams and external partners
  • Drive successful go-lives

Technical Consulting & Integration

  • Support integration of ERP systems, interfaces, and custom solutions
  • Analyse technical requirements and translate them into implementation plans
  • Reproduce and analyse system issues in a structured way
  • Contribute to testing and quality assurance

Customer Collaboration

  • Act as the primary contact during the implementation phase
  • Manage stakeholder expectations professionally
  • Provide structured updates and maintain clear documentation

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify optimisation potential in processes and implementations
  • Contribute to internal projects and cross-departmental initiatives
  • Help shape scalable implementation standards

Requirements

Do you have 2-5 years of experience in IT or SaaS project environments and want to take full ownership of implementation projects?, * 2-5 years of experience in IT projects, SaaS implementation, consulting, or technical project coordination

  • Experience managing stakeholders in structured project environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Fluent English and German
  • Confident communicator in customer-facing situations

Nice to have:

  • WMS, ERP, or supply chain software experience
  • SQL, JavaScript, or scripting knowledge
  • Experience with API integrations
