FULLREMOTE - Chatbot Developer (Cognigy)

We have an exciting opportunity to to join a conversational AI maintenance and support project. The role focuses on the continuous evolution, optimization and support of existing chatbot and voicebot solutions built on the Cognigy platform. RESPONSABILITIES: * Maintain and enhance existing chatbot and voicebot solutions developed in Cognigy. * Analyze and resolve incidents, bugs and performance issues in production environments. * Implement new conversational flows, intents and integrations based on business requirements. * Support deployments and environment management in collaboration with DevOps teams. * Ensure stability, scalability and quality of conversational AI solutions. * Work closely with Product Owners, conversation designers and technical stakeholders. KEY REQUIREMENTS: * 2-3 years of experience developing chatbots, with Cognigy as main platform. * Hands-on experience in chatbot maintenance and support projects. * Solid understanding of NLU concepts, conversational flows and intent management. * Experience integrating chatbots with backend systems via APIs (REST). * Proficiency in JavaScript and/or Python. * Experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred). * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in production environments NICE TO HAVE * Experience with LLMs, RAG or Generative AI integrations. * Knowledge of Azure services (OpenAI, Functions, Storage, AI Search). * Experience with Docker, Git or CI/CD pipelines. LANGUAGES English C1 German desirable Location: FULLREMOTE Schedule: flexible. Friday intensive. We're great, but with you we'll be even better!
