Job description
- Agentic Architecture: Design multi-modal agent systems that leverage LLMs for reasoning, planning, and execution;
- Conversational Engineering: Build and optimize high-fidelity Voice (VUI) and Chat (CUI) interfaces, focusing on latency reduction and natural turn-taking;
- Workflow & Logic: Develop the "connective tissue" between AI agents and external APIs, databases, and CRMs to automate end-to-end business processes;
- RAG & Memory: Implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and long-term memory systems to provide agents with accurate, contextual data.
Requirements
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python or Node.js and experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar);
- Automation Mastery: Extensive experience with workflow orchestration (e.g., n8n, LangFlow, or Make);
- Voice & Chat Expertise: Familiarity with real-time voice protocols (WebSockets, WebRTC) and chat-interface deployment;
- Preferred Stack: Experience with Retell AI (Voice) and n8n is a significant plus but not a dealbreaker.Previous experience working in the iGaming industry.
