Job description
As an Asset Information & Systems Data Specialist, you'll drive improvements in our asset management systems, ensuring SSEN delivers accurate, reliable, and timely data. Focused on Maximo, you'll play a key role in optimising our Transmission asset management system and shaping the future of asset management!
You will

Ensure all projects are delivered on time and to the agreed quality standard.

Prepare all required data to ensure integrity and validation whilst developing, manipulating and mapping final deliverable load files to ensure quality and integrity complies with SSEN specification.

Ensure that all key milestones meet the data quality specifications required throughout projects and operations.

Monitor vendor performance and contractual compliance on data deliverables, providing timely, accurate reports and insights on emerging trends in asset data.

Support with the construction of planned maintenance within IBM Maximo and the continuous development of the asset register.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Maximo?, * Experience in a similar role, you will have strong operational knowledge of Maximo.

Experience on Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) activities within IBM Maximo and other data systems.

Strong problem-solving skills. You should be capable of managing the daily operations of the Transmission Asset Management system, demonstrating proficiency in addressing complex engineering tasks and optimising data-driven solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are key to liaise and support both internal and external stakeholders.

An appreciation of the regulatory context that the data being delivered into our systems will be vital for working within a tightly regulated framework.
