Job description

As our Portfolio & CRM Specialist, you'll be the person who turns tender requirements and customer insight into something powerful: a range that feels sharp, relevant and perfectly thought through. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Tender Support Specialist, spotting product gaps, coordinating with Category and Trading teams, and making sure we never miss the chance to show up with the right solutions., * Work in partnership with the Tender Support Specialist to translate tender requirements into clear portfolio needs

  • Identify product gaps where ranges are not currently listed or available, assessing impact on tender and contract success
  • Coordinate inputs with Category, Trading and Supplier teams to support product listing, substitutions or alternative solutions
  • Maintain visibility of tender-driven portfolio demand to inform future category and supplier planning
  • Support post-tender Centralised Tender Management CRM Ownership & Pipeline Management

CRM Ownership & Pipeline Management

  • Own the day-to-day effectiveness of the CRM system for the B2B function, ensuring it supports sales activity, tender tracking and pipeline management
  • Work with external CRM partners and internal stakeholders to define requirements, workflows, fields and reporting
  • Ensure activities, tasks, opportunities and workflows are consistently captured and embedded into ways of working
  • Enable digital marketing and campaign activity through CRM data, segmentation and automation
  • Act as subject matter expert for CRM use, driving adoption, data quality and continuous improvement Strategy & Enablement

Data, Insight & Performance Reporting

  • Produce clear and actionable reporting on pipeline health, tender activity, portfolio coverage and CRM usage
  • Support Senior Category Enablement and Partnership Manager with insight on where B2B needs diverge from core retail offers
  • Maintain accurate master data to support forecasting, decision making and performance reviews

Cross-functional Collaboration & Enablement

  • Act as a connector between Category, Sales, Commercial Operations and Tender teams ·
  • Support the codification of B2B-specific rules, processes and portfolio requirements ·
  • Contribute to scalable tools, guidance and documentation that enable consistent execution across the B2B team

Requirements

Do you have experience in Sales?, * Experience working with CRM platforms in a commercial or B2B environment

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insight
  • Experience supporting portfolio, category or product management activities · Understanding of tender, pipeline or complex sales processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and data quality
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities
