The Digital Systems Team based within the Place, Infrastructure, and Economic Development Directorate plays a key role in supporting and delivering digital projects, systems, and service improvement across the department which is home to a wide range of teams including frontline services such as Highways, Recycling and Waste Management, Grounds & Street Cleansing and Parking.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed individual with excellent IT skills to join the Digital Systems Team as Digital Systems Assistant.
The Digital Systems Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across all aspects of IT systems within the team. As the primary first point of contact for system support related queries, you will ensure seamless communication and assistance with colleagues.
You will take a lead role in system development, supporting implementation of new systems and assisting the team with identifying opportunities for further improvement.
Requirements
Do you have experience in System administration?, The successful candidate will have excellent IT related skills and experience of carrying out system administration.
Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to adapt well to changing situations whilst continuously delivering high quality services.
Excellent data analysis skills, including cross checking and identifying inconsistencies
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office products and working with a range of database related software.
